Analyst Program
UWINCO has a robust three-to-four-year rotational Investment Analyst program that provides comprehensive networking and learning opportunities. We recruit on the UW campus annually in the Fall for one-to-two undergraduates to fill positions in our program upon graduation.
The Analyst will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, present research and analysis to the investment team, participate in meetings with current and prospective investment managers, and provide direct input on key investment decisions. Projects span across global markets and across asset classes, including public and private equity, venture capital, real assets, fixed income, and alternative investment strategies. Analysts are mentored by a small team of experienced investment professionals, including the Chief Investment Officer.
