Analyst Program

UWINCO has a three-year Investment Analyst program.  We recruit on the UW campus annually in the Fall for an undergraduate to fill a position in our program upon graduation.

The Analyst will gain exposure to a wide variety of asset classes and work closely with the UWINCO team on projects spanning public and private equity, real assets, fixed income and alternative investment strategies.  Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, investment theme research, portfolio attribution analysis, risk exposure analysis, performance reporting and asset allocation reviews.  Over time, the Analyst will present research results and analysis to the investment team, participate in meetings with current and prospective portfolio managers and provide support in the collection and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data.
